JOB DESCRIPTION
- Complete research on client requirements and project details
- Coordinating with the writer to write the script as per the culture, matching the script with the original video
- Understand and manage creative expectations of internal stakeholders and clients according to the brief provided
- Syncing the script with the director & writer
- Localization sheet to be studied well to understand the particulars that need to be changed or not changed
- Maintain script and line count to derive a timeline
- Cast and budget artist on the basis of creative guidelines for dubbing projects in discussion with Project Manager and HOD
- Help identify and cast appropriate voice talent according to the creative brief of a title/series
- Scout for fresh voice talent and artists
- Direct voice artists
- Maintaining the budget and working on line count
- Checking of contracts
- Coordinating with the cast list
- Create and maintain daily artist logs/bills and title bills
- 2-3 years of experience in the dubbing industry
- Sound knowledge of grammar and language expertise

- Guide Voice Artists
- Engineer to edit and mix the audio, also known as audio post-production
- Translating analog to digital sound and synchronizing sounds to visual media
- Regulate volume level and sound quality during recording sessions, using control consoles
- Reproduce and duplicate sound recordings from original recording media, using sound editing and duplication equipment
- Separate instruments, vocals, and other sounds, then combine sounds later during the mixing or post-production stage
- Set up, test, and adjust recording equipment for recording sessions
- Keep logs of recordings & maintain the library
- Communicate with Project manager, Language QC and provide updates on project status and ensure on – time deliveries
- Certified Sound Engineer from a recognized institute, knowledge in Pro Tools 10 & above
- 2-3 years of experience in Sound Engineering & Dubbing
- Should have a fair understanding of the industry and technical expertise
- Preferable if the applicant stays close to the work location
- Mixing sound levels to produce a polished final product
- Checking the track and proving markers for changes if any
- Ensuring that the content matches the original content
- Help to repair and troubleshoot equipment that may be faulty or performing inadequately
- Communicate with Project manager, Language QC and provide updates on project status and ensure on – time deliveries
- Dub corrections as per client or QC directives, create and maintain glossary of terms for uniformity across the project
- Send the content to sensor board by typing
- Keeping the Client servicing head in loop with all the updates of the project
- Certified Mix Engineer from a recognized institute, knowledge in Pro Tools & mixing equipment
- 2-3 years of experience in mixing for TV, OTT/VO
- Should have a fair understanding of the industry and technical expertise

- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Maintaining a record of all the pending bills their Hired PO’s received & differences in the PO Amounts. The number of times a PO is being revised with the revised amount
- Preparing Bills, Proforma Invoices, Debit& Credit Notes for various clients
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
- Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Updating the Sales Register as bills issued & payments received from the client as well as Updating a separate Sales Register for Marketing with project details, language & duration
- Admin Bills Booking & their payments in Tally
- Coordinating with the Bank officials with respect to Fund Transfers, Foreign payments, Uploading amounts in Forex card and any other Banking related work & queries
- Ledger Scrutiny of Admin related ledgers
- Proper filing of Company Bills, Bank Correspondence, Admin bills, Insurance copies, Statements, etc
- Assisting artists in billing & payments & Dubbing Directors in queries
- Assisting in Finalization, helping out Auditors in their queries
- Updating receivables sheet with comments from clients
- 2-3 years of professional accounting experience
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- Good communication and documentation skills

- Ensuring financial targets for costs and project profitability along with other agreed targets are set and are met by all Managers
- Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Ensuring marketing activities support the securing of new business, raising brand awareness and driving public relations
- Reviewing operating processes and procedures to ascertain if they are successful and if not, devise alternatives through system improvement process
- Ensuring the business operates within the company’s mission statement and value
- Driving customer & client satisfaction and reporting any issues to the Board
- Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure the delivery of creative and all other elements of the project
- Lead the running of the project. Oversee the overall production quality of the project
- Ensure all Weekly Reports, HOD Meeting Reports are sent to Head of Department
- Competition tracking
- Graduation in any stream (a must) & Management Degree from reputed institutes (preferred)
- 2-3 years operations experience in the Entertainment, TV, OTT/VO
- Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills, Good Communication skills, Project Management, Proficiency in MS Office, Ability to work long hours & multitask specially under pressure
- Preferable if the applicant stays close to the work location
- Set up, maintain, and dismantle audio and recording equipment, such as microphones, sound speakers, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, servers, and related electronic equipment for dubbing and recording content
- Diagnose and resolve media system problems
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Conduct maintenance of electrical systems
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
- Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
- Aid in budget development and ensure it is followed
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
- Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in sound engineering or a similar field
- 2-5 experience working as an Audio technician
- Familiarity with computers, IP Networking Systems, sound software & hardware
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- A keen eye for detail
